I am Hamed Ashouri, a mortgage broker and strategist in Ontario. I help people make clear, informed mortgage decisions, whether they are buying a home, refinancing, renewing, or working through a more complex file.
I do not look only at the rate. I look at your goal, income, financial structure, timing, risks and long-term plan, and build a practical financing strategy from that.
Mortgage advice should not be rushed, complicated, or purely transactional. My role is to make the path clear, explain the options honestly, and help you decide with confidence.
